Terms of Service

Effective 13 September 2026.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Abrolia is operated by Axiom Atlas, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA (“Abrolia”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the Abrolia website, the Abrolia account at app.abrolia.com and the assistant provisioned for your household (together, the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. The service

Abrolia is a family operations assistant for households living in a foreign language. You send the assistant an email, message, photo or voice note; the assistant proposes what it means and what to do — an event, a task, a reminder or an outgoing email. Nothing outward-facing happens without the explicit confirmation of an authorised adult in your household.

The service is offered as a pilot. Features, supported channels and connected providers may change as it develops; we describe what is currently available in the Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts and households

4. Your content

5. Proposals, confirmations and your judgement

The assistant uses automated language models and can be wrong: it may misread a date, an amount, a recipient or a language. Check each proposal before you confirm it. A confirmed action — for example an email sent from the assistant’s mailbox or an event created in your calendar — is carried out on your instruction. The service does not provide legal, medical, financial or immigration advice.

6. Connected accounts and Google services

The assistant’s mailbox can be an @abrolia.com address, an address on your family’s domain, or a separate Google account you create for the assistant. Your use of a connected account remains subject to its provider’s terms.

If you connect a Google account, you authorise Abrolia to read new messages in that mailbox’s inbox and to send the emails you confirm, only to provide the features described in our Privacy Policy. Abrolia’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Connect only an account you control and have created for the assistant, not a personal mailbox or someone else’s account. You can remove Abrolia’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, ask us to disconnect it, or delete your Abrolia account. Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service to send spam or unlawful, harassing or deceptive messages; access another person’s account or mailbox without authorisation; attempt to bypass the confirmation step, security controls or usage limits; probe, scan or disrupt the service except through coordinated disclosure to help@abrolia.com; or resell the service.

8. Fees

Any fees for the service are communicated to you before they apply. You will not be charged without first agreeing to the price.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but as a pilot the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or incidents. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

10. Ending the service

You may stop using the service at any time and request export and deletion of your household’s data from your account, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the security of the service or other users; where appropriate we will tell you why and let you export your data.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in that period and USD 100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or under mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

14. Changes to these terms

We will tell you about material changes in the service or by email before they take effect. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the service and request deletion of your data.
